MyFirms Ads API Tool (the “Tool”) is an internal software tool operated by MyFirms (“we”, “us”) at myfirms.ru. It connects to the Google Ads API to read performance statistics and manage advertising campaigns in Google Ads accounts that we manage ourselves or on behalf of our clients, with the account owner’s authorization. The Tool is not offered to the general public.
1. Data we access
When an authorized user signs in with Google and grants access, the Tool may access the following through the Google Ads API (OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords):
- Google Ads account structure: campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, bids and settings;
- Advertising performance statistics: impressions, clicks, costs, conversions and related metrics;
- The Google account email address used to sign in.
2. How we use the data
We use this data only to report on advertising performance and to create or modify campaigns in the connected Google Ads accounts, as instructed by an authorized user. We do not use it for advertising profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to managing the connected accounts.
3. Storage and security
OAuth credentials (including refresh tokens) are stored only on devices and in environments controlled by us, and are never published or shared. Statistics downloaded from the API are stored in our internal working files and are accessible only to our team and the client that owns the corresponding account. Access to tokens can be revoked at any time.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to third parties. We share account data only with the owner of the Google Ads account it relates to, and as required by law.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
The Tool’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain performance data only as long as needed for reporting on the related account. You can revoke the Tool’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any data we hold about you or your account, contact us at the address below and we will delete it within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date above when we do.
